Heal from Within

From my perspective, psychotherapy is about learning to live in the present moment, exploring and challenging old belief systems, choosing  a mindful path of acceptance and greater understanding, and letting go of what we no longer need.

As a clinician, I offer unique and collaborative approaches, with a focus on mind-body connection. I come from the lens of trauma informed care, while supporting and empowering my clients. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, chronic illness, and relational difficulties or concerns.

I hold space for and assist clients in learning effective and innovative strategies for overall wellness, using integrative, somatic, and holistic interventions. Through your therapeutic work, you can begin to heal past hurts and traumas, reducing overall distress and suffering. Perhaps even, the adversity you’ve faced will transform into the peace and resilience you desire.
