“You are the sky. Everything else – it’s just the weather.” ― Pema Chödrön
ABOUT JILL As a practitioner, I strongly support the mind-body connection. I believe that mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health are interconnected, and in order to achieve optimal healing and well-being, we must address all. I also believe that we have the power to aid in our own healing, and overall growth. As we work together, we may use relaxation techniques, mindful meditation, trauma reprocessing, and thought changing strategies to create healing.
Through therapy, I will help you experience, express, and manage your emotions at your own pace. I will encourage you to incorporate a healthier lifestyle, and will assist you in breaking old thought and behavior patterns that no longer serve you. You will learn to be mindful and find joy in the present moment. I look forward to speaking soon.
